Cancelation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your orders, and your satisfaction is our priority. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your purchase.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please keep in mind that orders can only be canceled if they haven't already left our warehouse. If you have any problems during the process, please contact us as soon as possible but please note once you’ve received the tracking Id’s, the order cannot be canceled. Send us an email at customercare@sippincider.com or contact us via DM/WhatsApp, with
your order number and reason for cancellation.

REFUND

Our garments are dyed and produced in Small Batches as per requirement from time to time. This is done to avoid over production and wastage of raw materials as well as the efforts of our production team. All item(s) go through a stringent quality check at the workshop, followed by another check before dispatching your orders. However, we understand there can be a human error made at our end, and we apologize in advance for the same! Hoping you will give us another chance. Hence, we do not give any refund instead we’ll give an exchange or store credit (if all terms and conditions are met).

We accept only Exchanges & Returns against another product or store credit, in case of a size issue, incorrect product or damaged product. Since most of our products are made to order, only one time exchanges & returns are accepted. Any customized/altered item(s) will not be applicable for exchanges & returns. Any sale items are not applicable for exchanges or returns.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

To return an item, the customer must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery, and write to us at Sippinciderofficial@gmail.com. Alternatively, the customer may Whatsapp us or DM us on Instagram/Facebook. We will generate a pick up from our end but the customer will have to bear the return shipping cost. For any product exchange, new shipping cost may be applicable to the customer.

STORE CREDIT

A store credit with a validity of up to 90 days will be issued against any returns processed, the details of which will be emailed to the customer. The customers must utilize the store credit within 90 days as once the code expires, we won't be able to process it any further.

NOTE: All items must be brand new, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Return/Exchange will not be given for any clothing that appears to have been worn, washed, or changed in any manner. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
